Brilliant insurance, brilliant service!

This is one wonderful insurance company! They are reasonably priced, they are one of the only insurers with no excess, the claims process is easy and you get paid back quickly and you get the anece thy they love what they do and they love the fur babies too! Superb customer service!

Our miniature schnauzer had a liver shunt, stones in his bladder and a testicular problem at 9 months old. It was touch and go: but he pulled through. Bought by Many paid for it all, minus £69 excess: £6000 in total! And Gus is still covered for everything in spite of this huge claim. They have been amazing!! Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Have been with this provider for a few years now, yes the premium has gone up, but hasn't everything! Plus I didn't make a claim last year and got a nice sum refunded! I have made a claim in the past and it was hassle free and sorted in a couple of weeks! Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Great insurance and price

I found it a little tricky to find the quotation section for cats, but got there in the end with the help of a Google search. Got top cover for a fraction of the price of elsewhere and was quick and easy to set up. Very happy. 4*s for it not being intuitive to quote for anything other than a dog.
