Since buying the insurance for our dog Bertie a pedigree whippet, we have had several episodes of vet visits for different ailments and injuries. This is my first pet insurance policy for my first ever dog. I spent some time looking at different companies and policy T’s&C’s. bought by many were 100% the logical choice and when I got round to purchasing the policy it was a smooth process, start to finish. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

In the minefield of pet insurers, one shines out.

I'd not heard of Bought By Many before I bought this pet insurance. I researched starting with Which? ratings for their top 8 pet insurers, then looked at each of those in some details. Bought By Many came through as the right one for our dog. I decided to insure for a year and hope that there was no claim, then review whether to continue to have any pet insurance at all or if it were waste of money. However, after 8 months our dog became ill and we took him to the vets. So far he's cost us £2,000 in vet's bills but Bought By Many accepted my claim very quickly. In fact the money started to arrive in my bank account before my credit card company took it out! Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

All you could ask for in an insurer

Almost exactly four years ago I took out a 'Complete' policy for my new puppy, Pebbles. Just over a year ago she was diagnosed with pancreatitis. All the associated bills (together with £200's worth of special diet food) were paid very efficiently. I am just about to renew the policy, and the premium has only risen by inflation despite the recurrent nature of Pebbles' condition. Excellent caring and courteous insurers - I recommend Bought by Many at every opportunity. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Over the years that we have owned dogs, I have unfortunately had the need to use an insurance company. Bought by Many have by far the best customer service team. No question or claim is too much for them, and their responses are always friendly and prompt. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent service from their pet insurer. It’s my first time using bought by many this year when I added a new fur baby to my family, I have been using the same insurance company for the past 12 years for my two cats, but when I got my dog this year decided to shop around I could not believe how good the cover and customer service has been so far, I have recommended them already to many of my friends, family and clients.
