Our loved cavalier Mia was suddenly taken ill & referee to a clinic in Derby. After some tests she was shown to have cancer in her pancreas, liver & lungs. She was only 3 years 9 months but we had to let her go. We arranged a direct claim between clinic & BBM. We had updates on how the claim was progressing & it was settled without any fuss. We were devastated at the time & so grateful that they handle a distressing situation on our behalf. We now have another cavalier pup which we have insured with then. Excellent company ! I phoned them to say I wanted to add another pet to the insurance without it costing me too much money, they were very helpful and found an insurance for both my dogs which was affordable. Thanks BBM. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

I have had different pet insurance from some of the “leading” insurers and had nothing but problem after problem! With Bought by Many I have had zero issues, they have gone above and beyond to help.
