Easy, Quick, modern

We have had to claim multiple times over the past few months. The process if quick, and easy. Taking a picture of the bill and sending it to the team is so modern and so convenient. We have also used First Vet which is a service through Bought By Many which is invaluable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to insure their pet. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Our loved cavalier Mia was suddenly taken ill & referee to a clinic in Derby. After some tests she was shown to have cancer in her pancreas, liver & lungs. She was only 3 years 9 months but we had to let her go. We arranged a direct claim between clinic & BBM. We had updates on how the claim was progressing & it was settled without any fuss. We were devastated at the time & so grateful that they handle a distressing situation on our behalf. We now have another cavalier pup which we have insured with then. Excellent company !
