Low cost great service

I was concerned that this company would not be great with service or claims as their premiums are low for the cover provided. I was wrong to be concerned. The customer service reps are friendly personable and caring and the claims I made were paid out with no quibble within a week. I have used another pet insurance in the past until I found bought by many. This was recommended by my vet and I have not been disappointed. My Dog nipped someone

I spoke to my Insurer who gave me a case number and that was followed by a Solicitor ringing me as the person was trying to claim damages. The case is ongoing but I feel that this company has served me very well. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
