Having found, Bought by Many last November for my little rescue dog, I've since spoken to other people, who are with this company too. So they must be doing something right. Fortunately, I havnt had to claim. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Low cost great service

I was concerned that this company would not be great with service or claims as their premiums are low for the cover provided. I was wrong to be concerned. The customer service reps are friendly personable and caring and the claims I made were paid out with no quibble within a week. I have used another pet insurance in the past until I found bought by many. This was recommended by my vet and I have not been disappointed. The quality of product, speed of service and customer service are all 5 star without the price tag to match. I would not hesitate to recommend. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

My Dog nipped someone

I spoke to my Insurer who gave me a case number and that was followed by a Solicitor ringing me as the person was trying to claim damages. The case is ongoing but I feel that this company has served me very well. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

No fuss, no vast expense, no trickery

I could have bought the insurance on line but it seemed ‘too good to be true’ and you know what that often means. So, I called customer service and spoke with a lovely lady who explained that ‘No, your dog’s previous surgery has been taken into account and the price quoted was the price I would pay. End of’.
