I have had different pet insurance from some of the “leading” insurers and had nothing but problem after problem! With Bought by Many I have had zero issues, they have gone above and beyond to help. I was concerned that this company would not be great with service or claims as their premiums are low for the cover provided. I was wrong to be concerned. The customer service reps are friendly personable and caring and the claims I made were paid out with no quibble within a week. I have used another pet insurance in the past until I found bought by many. This was recommended by my vet and I have not been disappointed.
