I suppose it's lucky really, the fact that I've not needed to use Bought By Many's services all too often. My 'little man' is Bo, a 1.5 year old Main Coone cross, who love exploring and making new friends. However, some of those friends don't return the sentiment, and my fluffy orange loaf has come home with an injury in the past. Bought By Many was fast to respond and help me claim on the vet bills to help little Bo get happy and healthy again, and going forward I'm given a really strong peace of mind to know I have a company like this just waiting to support me and my adventure hungry trooper. Thank you for everything so far, Bought By Many! (And I'm sure that could he talk, Bonobo would say thank you as well!) Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

I have been a customer of Bought by Many for three years now, I took out the insurance because I made a mistake and they were the only insurance company that would take my cat on with pre existing conditions. They have been amazing and even though my cat has a condition they still pay out for other things. Couldn't recommend more. Penny owner of one cat called Harvey Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Great cover at a reasonable price

I switched from another provider after discovering I could get double the cover for My dog at £1 more than I was paying now and £129 less than my provider wanted on renewal!! What’s not to love Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

No hassle pet insurance

I’d never have believed pet insurance could be so simple to access and understand. Even my vet didn’t believe me when I said I had no excess to pay! From receiving emails confirming my direct debit had gone through to keeping me in the loop at every turn while my claims have been going through, I feel really satisfied - and valued as a customer. Such a refreshing change and it meant I could have more time to worry about the dog’s recovery and less about how I would pay for his treatment. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Could not have been better

Having never had a pet requiring insurance before it was a bit of a minefield traipsing through the small print comparing policies. When I found BBM it was a breath of fresh air. Clear, easy to understand policies and a helpline just in case I’d not found it comprehensive enough. A little more pricey than some of the others but you really do get what you pay for. I’ve used the free vet nurse assistance for reassurance with my first ever dog and could not be happier with my choice of company. For definite I will renew year on year.
