Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Better than Pet Plan!

I’m so glad to have found Bought by Many! I was deceived into believing that Pet Plan was the best pet insurance provider on the market, boy was I wrong! Bought By many have provided excellent customer service care and I feel they genuinely care for my pets rather than other insurance providers that treat them as a number on a spreadsheet and won’t pay out. Best Pet Insurer EVER!

I have used Bought By Many for the last 3 years for my cat’s insurance , and during that time she had been hit by a car twice AND had a nasty infection; each time, the claims process was seamless and payments were made without any quibbles. Excellent value for money

Our old pet insurance company limit was a quarter of Bought by Many and our premiums are considerably lower. They could confirm monthly deductions via email. Fortunately we have not yet needed to make a claim. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Easy sign up, great prices

Simple to sign up and an attractive website. Good rates and the cash back policy makes it a better deal. No claim made yet (or ever, hopefully!) but I would think they’d be quick at responding. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
