I researched insurance companies for my labradoodle, I contacted BoughtByMany about a couple of queries who put my mind at ease. I have unfortunately had to claim against my policy and, even through these unprecedented times, I was kept up-to-date with my claim and it was settled well within the timescale. Customer journey online was super easy/friendly to use and the payment per month is reasonably & competitive. I have already used your free Vet consultation service with your partner which I loved and have also bought food from your partner tails.com. This is my second year with the insurer and this year it has been worth every penny. I have used the online vet service as a guide weather I need to take the dog to the vet. When I have needed to make a claim I have called and they have processed with ease. Emails and texts have been received keeping me updated. The second claim I processed this on line and again was very straight forward. They deal direct with the vet obtaining bills and there is nothing else for you to do! Money is received promptly. You can view your claim online as well. Staff are very helpful if you need to call. Great service. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Easy claim process - quick settlement

We take out pet insurance in the hope we will never need to claim on it. After what was probably a fight one of cats developed an abscess. This was treated by the vet but it was not healing so it needed an operation to clean it out. All traumatic but the BBM online claim process was very straightforward even though it was the first time I have used it. I then received texts and emails to keep me informed with the progress of the claim and it was settled in a couple of weeks. So I am pleased to leave a positive review from this positive experience. Really impressed with bought by many pet insurance. The initial process was easy, communication great and I love the access to free vet advice.
