Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Easy, quick and painless!

Excellent service!

Excellent all round for pet Insurance

We have had pet insurance from BBM since 2017 when we first got our dog. Thankfully we've only had to claim twice and both times it was extremely straightforward making a claim and payout was super fast.
