Brought my many came up as a very competitive quote and the documents were all very clear. It also has a 24 vet cal service with the insurance that was valuable when I was away on a weekend break with my puppy when he got stung by a wasp. Excellent value and excellent customer service. The offer of the free first aid course for dogs was a brilliant idea and I’m working my way through it. Also the video vet appointments are a god send. Great service for first time dog owners

I was completely overwhelmed when I got my first dog when it came to getting insurance sorted. On the basis of a friends recommendation, I contacted BBM who were really helpful in helping me pick a policy. Once I had my policy in place, I have already used the free online vet consultation service which was really helpful. Would definitely use the service and get a BBM policy again.
