We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

I’ve been using ManyPets for my pet’s insurance, and while their coverage seemed promising at first, there are a couple of significant downsides I’ve experienced. 1. Lack of Transparency with Fee Increases: One of the main issues is that ManyPets doesn’t clearly inform pet owners that the insurance fees will increase each year. It’s frustrating to see premiums go up without prior notice or clear explanations. As a responsible pet owner, I expect better communication about changes to my policy. 2. Slow Claim Processing: Another downside is the time it takes to process a claim. Submitting a claim can be a lengthy process, and I’ve had to wait longer than expected for any updates or payouts. This delay is concerning, especially when you’re dealing with urgent veterinary bills. Overall, while ManyPets offers decent coverage, their lack of transparency with fee increases and the slow claim process have been disappointing. Wouldnt go anywhere else

I have two cats and previously a dog all insured by many pets. The claiming process was quick, clear and easy and gave me great comfort that everything was all taken care of. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

Freya’s chocolate adventure
