No.1 choice

I decided to get a quote from Bought By Many after a recommendation from a friend, and have not been disappointed, the website is easy and clear to use and have recently added another policy for a second pet. I would recommend anyone to try them, I am sure they will be plesantly surprised. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

Best policy we've ever had

They are very friendly if you need to get in touch but most of the time you just do your claim online in a very simple way. You select your issue and type in the amount you wish to claim for and they do the rest. The money appears in your account. We have been very impressed with the policy and have recommended it to friends and family. Reviewed on: 9th August 2020

Excellent service!

BBM really supported us with our Frenchie, Bear. Bear developed breathing problems and BBM were there to cover the cost of his much needed procedure - no hassle, straight forward claim process. Will continue to use. Would recommend to anyone. Reviewed on: 9th August 2020

Customer Servuce

Used 3 times last year, good customer service. Only one issue when it took longer than expected to pay out. Renewal was more expensivw but matched what a new customer was being charged. Reviewed on: 9th August 2020

Good value & Great Customer Service

I have two dogs insured with them and both have needed treatment over the years. They were really helpful and supportive, giving advice and updates along the way. Fantastic great value insurance
