Amazing service

After having a very poorly dog and having to attend the out of hour Veterinary Clinic, BBM were very quick off the mark to pay my claims in full. Always someone at the end of the phone or the computer to answer my queries or put my mind at ease with the claim process. 100% recommend this to anyone looking for insurance. Fair premiums and fantastic claim process

I have two toy poodles. I did a lot of research before I signed up to bought by many. All I can say is I will never change. I have sadly had to make several claims and they have settled quickly and in full each time. Definitely recommend Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

No loop holes just honest insurance

My experience of insurance in the past has involved companies finding a loop hole in order not to pay but I have to say Bought By Many were great, my dog had incredible bad luck twice in a short space of time and they paid in full on two claims, no paperwork required. Great Value

We have had pet insurance since out dog was a puppy as advised to take out life-time cover. The cover is comprehensive and covers our dog Leo for every eventuality. We have not needed to use it but feel reassured that if we did it would be easy to access. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
