We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Quick and simple claims process

I had to make a claim on my policy last year. I input my claim online very easily and was reimbursed within 2 days and on a Sunday! I was very pleased to see that the claim had been settled so quickly. When my policy came to renew it had gone up which was expected given that I had made a claim and the usual inflation stuff. It’s very quick and easy to add additional pets to the policy and all documents are easy to read. I must say that my many pets policy is comprehensive and far exceeds any alternative insurance policies out there Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

Easy to use, paid out one day later, efficient...

Really clear details in simple language for the policy, making a claim, and on their website. On a bank holiday weekend, I had to speak to their virtual vet, and eventually they made me an emergency appointment too. They paid the claim the day after I submitted the form; it was so simple and easy, and worth every penny! Efficient systems well thought through! I'd highly recommend. Very helpful

I have not yet had to make a claim (thankfully!), although from the experiences I have had such as changing details, renewing etc, they have been amazing! Super easy to communicate with, very polite and helpful staff. My vets also think quite highly of them as an insurance company which is always a good sign! Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

First time pet parent, and ManyPets have been great!

It is my first time having my own pet, and ManyPets were recommended to me by a friend. I called them before I even got my cat (he travelled all the way from Greece) and they were very friendly and supportive on the phone. They answered all my questions and helped me choose the best policy for Arsène. The website is easy to use, and FirstVet is a great service. Would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024
