I like the personal touch! I like the face that I can ring the branch rather than a soulless 0345 number. I enjoy talking to nice people, i.e. Julie that dealt with me today. Branch access. Friendly staff. Competitive rates. But you are not offering any accounts with monthly access, my recent 100k marsden bond finished 1.8% annual and now at barclays 4% monthly. Reviewed on: 30th April 2023
