Hannah the customer representative made us feel at ease as soon as we sat down. She explained each of the products very clearly. She always aked if we had any questions before she moved on to the next subject. She always answered our questions so that we understood. She promised that our passbooks would be put in the post that night and she kept her word and we received them the next morning. We are very happy with the Marsden Building Society.
