Account opened during lockdown

When NatWest was bailed by HMG, the bank had to shed customers so I was obliged to find another bank during lockdown. Metro were the only bank who responded quickly to my request. Their app gives instant confirmation of transactions. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Poor Business Service

Totally dissatisfied with the service from Neno Bica. Unprofessional and never calls back. Never available to talk and let a trainee set up our business application to open business account which failed for no reason. We already have 2 other business accounts with metro.
