Metro set up a club business account when other major banks made that process very difficult or impossible. Operation has been very smooth, with high standard friendly support from staff when needed. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

The waiting time to contact Metro is shorter than with most banks - their opening hours are longer - and their all-round efficient service makes any dealing with the Bank a pleasure, rather than a chore! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

A Refreshing change

We moved to Metro after a negative experience with a major high street name. We are a small charity and couldn't find a 'human' connection to help us with our issues at all - not the case with Metro! We've been amazed by the quality of customer service and ability to talk to a real person about your issues whether that be via email, on the phone or face to face. Great for us too is that people can go into different branches to discuss issues easily as our team is spread across the country Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
