Fantastic service in-branch

Best Banking

I join this bank after been to other 2, I,m a small business and metro bank it,s really easy to use, long hours to the branch, nice customer support, I really like it, I hope to stay like that for the next 100 years. Reviewed on: 4th April 2021

Excellent banking experience

I highly recommend Metro bank for any (small) business owner. Both on the phone and in branch they are very friendly, no nonsense and efficient. Both the banking app and the online banking experience is great. Having changed from a major high street bank who lost interest in my business needs after the first year, I will not look back. Clarity

I love the open space these banks offer, it reflects their attitude to how they run their business, my account and the services they offer. Every time I have query they do their very best to sort it. Great Bank super Banking hours open

Metro Bank has continued to operate throughout these difficult times with longer opening times than other banks, in great locations. Metro has removed the worry of banking and finances by provided a great support basis and simple, easy to use mobile banking app that can take in my receipts. Simply fantastic customer service

In a world where most banks, who already had short opening hours during weekdays only, are closing branches, and others are online only some with no contact number (!) MetroBank is a breath of fresh air... it's simple to bank, and the service and ability to go into branch outside of a Monday-Friday 9-5 and talk to someone and get your requirements sorted there and then is fantastic. Friendly Bankers and 7 days service and long operating hours even in Peak Pandemic

I really appreciate this Bank as they never close in this peak pandemic and never reduce their operating hours. No other high street banks opening new business bank accounts in this crucial time, but metro bank provided these services. really helpful staff working hard to fulfil customer needs. Other high street banks even keeping people on hold for hours on their phone lines. Really happy with metro bank services. Thank you all the staff for making these services possible.
