Service and products

Fantastic products and service

I am exceptionally happy with my instant access cash ISA from metro bank as not only is it easy to wrap my head around, and update via their app, but I get regular emails with any changes relevant to it (and worded in plain English for a change, not all technical jargon)! I also love that the branches are open 7 days a week and till late, as I work a 9-5 job, so a branch closing at 5 would be useless! Also a bit fan of their coin counting machines in branch, which save me a lot of time as I no longer need to individually sort and bag up my coins! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Best Bank Ever!!!

No problems whatsoever! Staff are friendly and helpful in store and have had no issues with customer service. East to deposit money and easy to understand the banking app. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Banking with ease
