Honestly one of the best banks in Britain

I've had issues with other banks before and so have family and friends but me and my siblings all have Metro Bank accounts and it is one of the best banks I have ever used. Best Bank

I love metro bank as they are so convenient and easy to use. I cam access my savings instantly. If i lose my card i can cancel it and have a new one printed immediately in store. For all of the lose change I have in my purse, i can pop into store and have it put straight into my account. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Fantastic customer service

I walked into many high street branches with my young 6 year old son before walking into Metro to open an account for his savings from family. I kept being put off to either book an appointment, apply online or open an adult account. But in Metro, I was seen straight away, my son was given colouring, and we were shown how to use the kids coin machine. My son also received a kids gift bag with money activities and a piggy bank. I’m sure from his positive experience as a child, he will continue to bank with Metro when he grows into an adult in the future. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

The best bank.

I have been banking with Metro Bank since I was 16 and I have to say that for the last 3 and a half years I haven’t had one bad experience with them. If I had any concerns, which is very rare as their security system is absolutely outstanding, I can contact the bank at any time. The customer service is spot on and they are friendly and lovely to talk to and most important of them all, they are really helpful and know their way around every problem. Since I started banking with Metro Bank, I haven’t had one bad experience and I would recommend it to everyone, friends and family. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
