I've had 2 remortgages with Mojo & 1 that didn't go through due to the solicitors involved really mucking up. Mojo were brilliant about it, they took ownership of sorting the issue out, they did all the legwork with the solicitors, they held my hand & listened to my take of woe & helped me sort it all out with a new mortgage company. They REALLY listened. My latest remortgage was them contacting me due to coming up to the 2 year special rates, me saying yes please, have a look, them saying yep, weve found this, me saying yes please...and 1 month later, done & dusted!
