Great first engagement, poor in following the customer

I was contacted by Moyo for renewing my Mortgadge. The first communication and the organization of required first activities was great. The problem was on the advancements. Basically the market changed and I had better offers from other providers. I asked for updates Moyo side but nothing, the answer was "you still have the best offer on the market", in the meanwhile I had an offer 0.4% lower from the one provided by Moyo.
