Cant even do payments/ never received the card

Im very disappointed in Monese! I need to do payments but they’re not lettting me. Reason why is because I wont receive a SMS confirmation/code, meanwhile my number is correct! I cant even transfer the money back to my other account! Now they go’n charge me monthly for something I CANT EVEN USE! They said It will take weeks/ months to solve the problem. (im not the only customer) plus I never received the card! Reviewed on: 28th October 2017

Slow payments

Being a member is of multiple banks I’ve found monese to be by far the slowest at processing payments/bank transfers. Of 5 banks that I use this is the only one that the money doesn’t appear in the account at the other end immediately Reviewed on: 7th February 2020
