Cant even do payments/ never received the card

Im very disappointed in Monese! I need to do payments but they’re not lettting me. Reason why is because I wont receive a SMS confirmation/code, meanwhile my number is correct! I cant even transfer the money back to my other account! Now they go’n charge me monthly for something I CANT EVEN USE! They said It will take weeks/ months to solve the problem. (im not the only customer) plus I never received the card! Reviewed on: 28th October 2017

Just brilliant

I have only just found out about Monese through a trusted money site and is exactly what I need. I do not earn a lot of money and have to budget almost continuously. Despite working in the criminal justice system, my wages are appalling, on top of the rising costs of living, I am saving for my son’s 18th so he can have a special day. This leaves me with £4.50 per day to live on o clouding travel to and from work. This bank allows me to budget, makes everything so clear, sends notifications tailored to your needs. Makes everything so easy!

I was recommended to use Monese by an online friend. I'd never heard of this type of banking before, having stuck with traditional high street banks and finding they were increasingly not meeting my needs, I decided to give it a go. How easy is this? Love that I can see my balance instantly on my phone, I feel confident in the security measures in place. I took the free package as a trial but am now seriously thinking of going all-in for the paid one. I'm all for simplicity and ease of use and Monese has this in spades!
