Cant even do payments/ never received the card

Im very disappointed in Monese! I need to do payments but they’re not lettting me. Reason why is because I wont receive a SMS confirmation/code, meanwhile my number is correct! I cant even transfer the money back to my other account! Now they go’n charge me monthly for something I CANT EVEN USE! They said It will take weeks/ months to solve the problem. (im not the only customer) plus I never received the card! Reviewed on: 28th October 2017

The app is apt and perfect

I like.

It is very easy to use in the UK and Europe. I transfer money quickly and easily from one account to another. I'm pleased. And it doesn't cost much to trade and convert from £ to € and vice versa. I hope it doesn't change in the future.Good luck . Reviewed on: 7th February 2020
