Cant even do payments/ never received the card

Im very disappointed in Monese! I need to do payments but they’re not lettting me. Reason why is because I wont receive a SMS confirmation/code, meanwhile my number is correct! I cant even transfer the money back to my other account! Now they go’n charge me monthly for something I CANT EVEN USE! They said It will take weeks/ months to solve the problem. (im not the only customer) plus I never received the card! Reviewed on: 28th October 2017

We aren't quite sure what has happened here, but if you give our support team a call (monese.com/contact) they'll happily revisit this and try to help you get to the bottom of it. Nice card. I send money to my family in Romania. The exchange rate if you pay directly, is very good. For cash, you need to see which bank is the best, after you withdraw money and withdraw just from there. After couple of weeks, the payment from Uk account to my card it takes 3-4 minutes.
