Review of the Monese, Money Account:

Cant even do payments/ never received the card

Im very disappointed in Monese! I need to do payments but they’re not lettting me. Reason why is because I wont receive a SMS confirmation/code, meanwhile my number is correct! I cant even transfer the money back to my other account! Now they go’n charge me monthly for something I CANT EVEN USE! They said It will take weeks/ months to solve the problem. (im not the only customer) plus I never received the card! Reviewed on: 28th October 2017

We aren't quite sure what has happened here, but if you give our support team a call (monese.com/contact) they'll happily revisit this and try to help you get to the bottom of it. The services are good except I personally feel it’s...

The services are good except I personally feel it’s stealing money from us where we have to pay £1 for tranfer of money from one account to the other. Thats why I dont really use the account as much if big banks like Lloyds bank for example when you transferring money its free. I personally feel the transfer charge should be abolished for you to get more customers. Iam not the only one complaining all the guys I reffered monese to have ended up opening other accounts like Monzo. Reviewed on: 15th March 2024
