Tried 3 others but Monese is by far the best

I had tried 3 other online banks prior to Monese. With each one their was always an issue which would take days to resolve for something so trivial. Monese was easy to set up, support is rapid but only needed to use it once. I've even moved my business account over too. From convenient topping up locations to EU cards the list goes on. Great bank, great app, fantastic people. Reviewed on: 1st February 2019

many service outages and more

it stops working sometimes for a few hours or more until they fix the issue, card payments to different sites like western unioun and other similar sites do not work Reviewed on: 1st February 2019

Monese is a very efficient and rewarding bank. A bank account can be opened in a few minutes and there are no appointments needed which can be very inconvenient around work or school. It is also very rewarding as once you get a friend or a family member to open an account you are rewarded with £10. Who doesn’t want that? Reviewed on: 1st February 2019
