Avoid this service at all costs.

I am extremely disappointed with Monese. My account has been blocked/disabled, and I am unable to perform any operations, whether internal or external transactions, or even use my card. To make matters worse, my savings are completely locked, and the customer support is unresponsive. I have sent numerous emails, attaching all required bank statements, but all I receive are the same automated replies with no actual resolution or communication from their team. This has been a frustrating and stressful experience, and I wouldn’t recommend trusting Monese with your money. Avoid this service at all costs. Reviewed on: 17th January 2025

Simple, fast and trustworthy

I use the monese app for almost every transaction. It’s flawless, fast and pretty simple to use. The monese app offers a bunch of options for those with little income and for those with more. Easy to join, easy to enjoy and safe to use!

I've been knocking in some banks and once I'm from another country I got a very frustrating experience with banks policies and employees who create self-policies . I was worried with an online bank, but after see some good feedbacks and research about the Monese, I decide to join this bank and I'm having good experience. Guenstig in Pfund bezahlen

Ich habe Brit.Pfund überweisen müssen (es musste Überweisung sein, nicht PayPal o.ä.!) und war schockiert über die Bankgebühren hierfür! Mit Monese ging es schnell und viel günstiger. Zahlung vor Ort mit entsprechender Bankkarte lief auch super! Für mich die beste Möglichkeit, mit Monese Konto durch UK zu reisen! Reviewed on: 30th January 2019
