Cant even do payments/ never received the card

Im very disappointed in Monese! I need to do payments but they’re not lettting me. Reason why is because I wont receive a SMS confirmation/code, meanwhile my number is correct! I cant even transfer the money back to my other account! Now they go’n charge me monthly for something I CANT EVEN USE! They said It will take weeks/ months to solve the problem. (im not the only customer) plus I never received the card! Reviewed on: 28th October 2017

We aren't quite sure what has happened here, but if you give our support team a call (monese.com/contact) they'll happily revisit this and try to help you get to the bottom of it. I have been with monese since 2017, I am very satisfied with their services, customer relations still need to be worked on, before they could answer the phone very quickly if I had problems with the account, now they can only communicate via email, they do not answer the phone, I am urgent things that need to be solved quickly and this is only possible by phone call, we don't have to be sent to robots, otherwise they are very correct and I didn't have any problem with the application. congratulations for what you have created Reviewed on: 14th March 2024
