They have very very poor customer service staff and they are very rude towards their own customers

I was struggling to find a bank account in the UK and one of my friends where using Monese she also mentioned the fact it’s fast and easy and all you need is just an app. I gave a try couldn’t be happier, fast customer service, fast transactions and I’m having both of the Monese cards UK and eurozone, easy to transfer money from one to another in case of a travel outside UK. Great, simple and no mistakes bank company!

It's a real pleasure using Monese Current Account being so simple to use and reliable. From opening account almost a year ago, to making transactions and using the card - there was not a single issue. Exchange currency rates are amazing, their website has all info, everything clear and easy to understand. I am a really happy customer/user, huge thumb up and big recommend! Thank you Monese.
