They have very very poor customer service staff and they are very rude towards their own customers

I was struggling to find a bank account in the UK and one of my friends where using Monese she also mentioned the fact it’s fast and easy and all you need is just an app. I gave a try couldn’t be happier, fast customer service, fast transactions and I’m having both of the Monese cards UK and eurozone, easy to transfer money from one to another in case of a travel outside UK.
