Cant even do payments/ never received the card

Im very disappointed in Monese! I need to do payments but they’re not lettting me. Reason why is because I wont receive a SMS confirmation/code, meanwhile my number is correct! I cant even transfer the money back to my other account! Now they go’n charge me monthly for something I CANT EVEN USE! They said It will take weeks/ months to solve the problem. (im not the only customer) plus I never received the card! Reviewed on: 28th October 2017

I was actually a victim of fraudulent acts by some impostors of LYCAMOBILE where I was scammed for mobile promotional offer to the tune of £218+ but thanks to LYCAMOBILE customer service and their entire team who took it and made sure I got my money back... Reviewed on: 14th March 2024
