Cant even do payments/ never received the card

Im very disappointed in Monese! I need to do payments but they’re not lettting me. Reason why is because I wont receive a SMS confirmation/code, meanwhile my number is correct! I cant even transfer the money back to my other account! Now they go’n charge me monthly for something I CANT EVEN USE! They said It will take weeks/ months to solve the problem. (im not the only customer) plus I never received the card! Reviewed on: 28th October 2017

Great new digital Bank with awesome bonuses like discounted gift cards!

Been with Monese for 3 months so far and so far so good! The app is super easy to use so no complaints here, plus during December Christmas and January Monese has had some special deals for discounted Amazon Gift Cards so thats just a little bit of an extra perk I've enjoyed so far!
