Good but could be better

Overall customer service was good and Emma who we dealt with to finalise the DRO was amazing. We also dealt with a gentleman who was very helpful. However one customer advisor that we dealt with on 2 occasions was awful. She caused distress to myself and didn't seem to want to actually help. Reviewed on: 30th May 2026

Very helpful Staff

Having to go over all my expenses felt overwhelming. But but speaking to the person over the phone really helped as they were patient and understanding of my situation and sounded like she genuinely wanted to help. We were referred to MW by the CAB.

We were referred to MW by the CAB.... both organisations handled a very delicate situation in a professional, non judge mental manner. so from being stressed with threats from debt recovery agencies and over assertive bailiffs the advice and assurance we received meant we were able to think clearly and there was light at the end of the tunnel.
