Wow, I was referred to Money wellness from another Debt management company, and I was blown away by their service from start to finish, especially from a Free of Charge Service. Everyone I spoke to was English, and they were so very helpful, it felt like they really wanted to help you, and that's exactly what they did. The communication, emails and updates were all quickly received. I only spoke with 3 people, Andrew, James and another female who I didn't get her name (so sorry), all were very helpful and informative. My application was fully approved within a few working days and everything in full detail was explained and laid out before me. I sincerely want to thank the team and people of Money Wellness for their amazing support and service, please if you are unsure of where to go for help with your debts, especially if you are self-employed get in contact with money wellness. I cannot recommend Money Wellness highly enough. The support and guidance I received throughout my debt situation were outstanding from start to finish. I spoke with three different advisors as well as my case manager, and every single person I dealt with was professional, patient, understanding and genuinely caring. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly and support me every step of the way. The customer service was exceptional — friendly, attentive and reassuring during a very stressful time. I always felt that my situation was being taken seriously and that the team truly wanted to help me find the best solution. Money Wellness has made a difficult situation much easier to manage, and I am incredibly grateful for all of their help and support. Money wellness literally gave me a new lease of life after suffering a heart attack which prevented me from working as a care worker, they listened in a empathetic caring manner.. I was experiencing difficulty with debts and the ability to pay them recently so contacted money wellness for help and advice . My experience with money wellness was excellent but the only thing is the rent arrears that was paid to them was under the amount of my arrears so it brought me into £1,244 rent arrears which was put to court and now I’m going to go through eviction. Reviewed on: 9th July 2026
