The support I received was instrumental in helping me tackle my debts and regain control of my finances. Ryan o'Neill who was my debt advisor was knowledgeable, empathetic and guided me through the entire process. They helped me to understand the eligibility criteria which included owing less than 50k, having minimal assets and struggling to make debt repayments. I am grateful for the Debt relief order which has given me a fresh start. I appreciate the professionalism and expertise from Ryan o'Neill and the organisation which supports me on this journey towards recovery. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025

Horrendous experience and service

Total time of 14 weeks to complete, not the 4 as told. Had to chase every step of way. Mental wellbeing damaged by this and every time I complained I just the next step in process. Very every poor experience. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025
