I had a debt collector at my door

I had a debt collector at my door with my newborn and two year old, I was in a complete state and the gentleman on the phone was so kind and helpful, he did everything he could to advise and sort the situation. He got me breathing space that night. He was superb! I honestly can’t thank him enough. He then advised me my options going forward and helped me sort my situation completely. My Experience With Money Wellness

I was ashamed of coming forward with my struggles with debit and finally plucking up the courage to ring and the workers where amazing and never judged me in the slightest and they pointed me in the right direction to help me in getting ontop of my debit and now am in a debit relief order and its all thanks to the workers and thier patience with me and helped me without judgement Reviewed on: 9th July 2026

Difficult time made easier

I’ve been having a very difficult time following a bereavement then getting injured in a serious RTC that has meant I’ve had a lot of sick time from work and drop in income. The advisor I spoke to was calm, meticulous and patient and really helped me. Reviewed on: 9th July 2026

I couldn't be happier! A massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
