Choose a different company There is no way to contact any department after the application has gone through, no log in information to downlaod paperwork. Not trustworthy at all. Reviewed on: 4th June 2026

All the members of staff I spoke to were incredible. I struggled to get out what I needed to through embarrassment and tears, they were patient, gentle and empathetic. They didn’t rush me or talk over me!! Great training Money Wellness Reviewed on: 22nd May 2026

I found it easy to communicate with wellness people , very friendly and can easily understand your financial problems, I could not believe how to sort this and explain my debts problem but from the hard way the wellness made this possible to solved. Before I followed up with MW for a DRO i felt like life was so out of control and stressful. As soon as I took the step with MW everything slowed down. MW were so calm and made the process so simple. My only grievance is with myself for not doing this sooner! Reviewed on: 22nd May 2026
