I found the process fast and easy yet the only downside was I felt rushed whilst on the phone and it was very impersonal. This was a life changing decision I was making and I didn't feel much empathy or support. Reviewed on: 4th May 2024

I was in a lot of debt with baliffs due to knock so as a last resort contacted money wellness. Best decision I ever made. Was very kind and easy to talk to which is a struggle for me as I have mental health issues. They put a breathing space in place straight away to keep the baliffs from knocking. Then after a long phone call and a few days I got the news that I have my debt relief order in place. Such a relief and they spoke me through everything on the phone so I didn’t make any mistakes and kept me calm the whole time. Amazing customer service. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
