Fantastic service from everyone who was involved in my case. Very helpful throughout as I had no idea what to do. Gave me options and we discussed which one was right for me. The people I spoke to were, friendly, non-judgemental, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Your member of staff Lee was very helpful and explained everything to me so that I was fully aware about entering into a DRO. he kept in regular contact and was very friendly and reassuring throughout the whole process.
