Review of the Moneybarn, Car Finance:

Great process & professional team of people

From beginning the process to the end I was treated with kindness & respect. Drue was really helpful & explained the whole process. He contacted me when he said he would & advised me of the next step. I spoke to the finance section where I set up the repayment. They were polite & efficient, they made the process so easy. Within a couple of days I received a call to say my car loan was being paid across to my car dealer. A couple of days later I was contacted by the Payment Assist Team to enquire if I wanted to take out a subscription for MOT & Servicing. I decided to & again it was such an easy process. You’re contacted 7 days prior to a payment being taken & are sent a copy of the payment schedule for the year. You can request to change the payment date of either product at any time. I set up my online account with Moneybarn where you can see exactly what you owe, your monthly payment, you can request early settlement etc. I would not hesitate to recommend the company & would certainly use them again. Moneybarn assisted me when others wouldn’t. It was essential I changed my vehicle and they came to the rescue. The APR is high but that is due to my personal circumstances so to be expected. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
