Easy setup & friendly customer service team

The setup process was straightforward and there was plenty of information about the product when going through the sign up process. Making deposits is simple and quick and I’ve found on the whole that the interface of the app is very user friendly. My experience with customer service was good, they are friendly and professional although it did take longer than I expected in terms of response times to resolve an issue I had during the setup phase. Having said this, once resolved it was picked up on by the agent and I do feel that they dealt with me in a professional manner. Reviewed on: 27th February 2026
