Fantastic app and customer service

I’ve been paying into a ‘Help to Buy’ ISA for a few years and have found the app intuitive and pleasing to use. I have on occasion contacted customer services and my experience in this regard is excellent. I highly recommend this service. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Easy like it should be

It felt so easy to set the account up, and then when going to buy my flat worked seamlessly and fast. Customer service was always great and linking it with my partner was great. The app makes it easy to save and see all the balances and info. Reviewed on: 27th April 2026

I like how user friendly it is.

I like how user friendly it is. Im a young person saving for a house and its all so confusing but this is actually quite easy to use. One thing i will say is, when i set it up i didnt realise that collection dates cant be changed and that was stressful as it was going to take money that i didnt have before payday.
