Great app - helped me to finally start saving

It’s a great app that has allowed me to start saving for my first home. It is extremely easy to use and there is plenty of information available that has helped me utilise the app and manage my money better. I feel a lot more financially literate since having the app and finally be able to start saving. Reviewed on: 9th May 2025

Overall Decent app that is easy to use

Easy to navigate user interface so finding the right product is simple. All product info is in the app so is all in one place. I also like you can see your projections of what you can have saved each year. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

Easy to use LISA

I started my LISA journey in 2020 with a Cash LISA. Creating an account was easy and straightforward and setting up regular contributions from my bank account was quick and easy. I also occasionally used the instant bank transfer which again was easy to use. Last year I decided to convert my account from Cash to Stocks and Shares and although this took a little more effort than I would have liked through trying to find the right place in the app to trigger the switch, once done the process was quick and managing my allocation using the app and tracking current progress is a breeze. I’ll happily recommend this app to everyone who’s starting their LISA journey. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

Good app

I have been using the Moneybox Lifetime ISA and overall it is easy to use and helpful for saving. The app is clear and simple, and I like how it shows progress towards my goals. However, sometimes the information is not very detailed and customer support could be faster. It would also be helpful to have more updates or notifications about account changes.
