Moneybox has helped me and my partner create a joint savings where we can set up a direct debit each month to save for our house deposit, this has been incredibly helpful as you don’t see the money leaving but it’s still adding up!! The interest rate and the gov bonus have increased our savings massively and if we ever had any questions the customer service has been great :) Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

Best bank account!

I am so glad I set up my life time ISA when I was 18. My partner and I both set one up, it’s great how you can add your buyer partner to see your total all together. Moneybox are fantastic! I have never had an issue so I can’t comment on customer service, but I am always recommending them to friends and talking to my family about it! I have used Moneybox for a couple of years now, it has an excellent app which is really accessible and has some useful features which were particularly helpful when predicting future wealth and looking at how long it may take to save for the full deposit I was looking at for a house. Moneybox offer a great service for great value!

I have been using money box for several years now, the app is great. Incredibly user friendly and easy to use. it really helps me keep track of my LISA and depositing and changing my stocks and shares allocation is always very easy. Whenever I’ve had an issue it has been resolved by the Moneybox customer service team incredibly quickly. Overall, they offer a great service and the fees are very reasonable.
