Great app and incredible customer service!

The app is aesthetically very nice and easy to navigate. I made suggestions to the moneybox team about displaying ISA totals separately to pensions within the app, and to my surprise it was implemented in a later update. I also had such a positive experience trabsferring funds from my help to buy into the lifetime ISA when I started out with moneybox. I'm very happy with the service they've provided, and I appreciate that they are listening to their customers to continuously improve the money saving experience. Keep it up! Great company

My wife and I both had a LISA to buy our first home. Simple process when o came to be used by our conveyancer to finalise the transaction. We can now use the LISA for retirement as well as top up or other ISAs. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025
