So easy to use and great user interface, only sad part is removal of extra benefits

Really love moneybox, recommend it to everyone I know, it’s so helpful and easy to use. I love the breakdown of interest vs contributions. I also loved moneybox+ rewards where you got cashback into your accounts when you shopped in certain places but unfortunately this feature will get removed Reviewed on: 2nd February 2023

No Jargon and Excellent App

Moneybox keep their communications simple and use easy to understand language with no technical jargon. As a result I feel they understand customers and their needs. They sold the lifetime ISA account to me because they laid out simply how it works and I can keep track of my balance in seconds. As they are entirely online, the live chat is a real person, and I've had a couple of calls about mortgages from members of staff who were so knowledgable. The Lifetime ISA account with the MoneyBox App is a brilliant account to use to help save up for a house. The account/app is extremely user friendly and easy to use.
