So far I've really enjoyed Moneybox and have had no issues. It was easy to set up and to use. Its very clear how much I have saved and how much more I need to save to get a government bonus. They also do a great incentive to get you to save near April. Reviewed on: 27th March 2024

Good rates, good chat function

When I needed to check my eligibility, the chat function was good and the person on the other end was helpful and knowledgeable. I chose the LISA because of good interest rates, but the app is also good and clear to understand. Reviewed on: 27th March 2024

Moneybox Makes Money Easy

My experience as a customer of Moneybox has been faultless. Any query I've had about their products has been addressed swiftly and App design is a real standout for me. I've never experienced any bugs/errors and as an amateur saver with a touch of dyslexia I can't praise enough how approachable and easy-to-use the features are. After enjoying their service saving with my LISA I've also opened a Cash ISA with them and the app layout really lends itself to holding multiple accounts with them - it's easy to switch between a big picture of my funds and a breakdown of the accounts.
