Fantastic app and customer service

I’ve been paying into a ‘Help to Buy’ ISA for a few years and have found the app intuitive and pleasing to use. I have on occasion contacted customer services and my experience in this regard is excellent. I highly recommend this service. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Best app for savings

Makes saving easy

It’s a great app to use for my savings. I love the feature that asks how much you would like to save and by which point, the toggle is seamless in providing 5 and 10 year saving trajectory for example. Really easy to use the app and staff are contactable using the chat service - and it is actually a human that replies to you. They transferred my LISA over with 0 issues and quickly. The app is also really clear and help me track where I am up to with my saving goals. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

The money box app makes it very easy to save by having a very easy to use interface and clearly displayed information. I found it simple to set up and start saving £77 a week to max out my LISA. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
