Best customer service with their Mortgage services.

Best customer service with their Mortgage services. From start to end made the whole process stress free and found us the best mortgage that works for our finances. Reviewed on: 27th March 2024

Super efficient and easy to deal with

I used the Moneybox mortgage service when I bought my property and was pleasantly surprised at how seamless and easy the whole process was. They stayed on to of things and were easy to contact. 10 out of 10. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Best possible route to a mortgage

I had a quote from another mortgage broker but Moneybox had a more up to date database so we're able to beat the current one thus reducing my payments. They were very accommodating of my schedule and pleasant to deal with. Basically very 'on the ball'. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2023

Very satisfied

I started using the Moneybox app in November 2021 in order to save money for my first house under the LISA scheme. It's the first time I have saved this amount and been consistent with my saving. I couldn’t have imagined a better service. Used the Moneybox mortgage broker service which is FREE and absolutely brilliant. Speedy replies always, no question is too small or stupid for the team, they make everything understandable and palatable. Mortgage absolute success

I worked with a variety of people who were so helpful in chasing up solicitors and the estate agent. They gave free advice throughout and also helped me with several mortgage offers, which helpfully included £750 cashback on Completion. I have just received my cashback and have spent it on carpets and curtains. I don't see how paying hundreds for mortgage brokers makes sense when Moneybox provide this service.
