The Moneybox Simple Saver account can be opened with £1 and you can make withdrawals with one day notice. Moneybox also offer a 32-day notice or 95-day notice account. You can deposit up to £85,000 in any of the Moneybox savings accounts and there’s no account fees or charges.

Moneybox makes my life easier

The Moneybox app is so easy to use and really helps me to keep track of my savings. I have definitely become more confident in my financial management since I started using Moneybox. Fantastic customer service from MoneyBox. They answered all questions promptly and in a friendly manner. The app is a pleasure to use and I saved more money due to barely noticing the withdrawals, plus some of the features such as entering prize draw when you add funds. Good introductory rates. I have personally recommended 5 people

I have personally recommended 5+ people for LISAs as the app is easy to use and the tax credit is added quicker than other providers (which is motivating for people saving for a house). It seems like a natural progression to start using other products from there, all of which are intuitive. Service has always been quick and any request has been actioned quickly. I honestly love the notice account, they’re easy to use and the opening of the account was smooth. The only reason why I wouldn’t be able to recommend it is because it’s not inclusive. Due to religious beliefs, I cannot recommend the earning of interest and shouldn’t be taking it myself and therefor I need to close the account and give the interest away. Unfortunately there isn’t the option to not earn interest on your money and therefore it isn’t suitable for my belief system. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
