Feels expensive

Very high fees. Put 100£ in various etfs to test the waters. 15£+ per year charges per ETF. That is a 15% charge per year for small ammounts of money. For 2000£ i was charged 2.4£ a month so not too bad but that would amount to 28+£ a year. Bottom line..feels kind of expensive Reviewed on: 10th April 2024

Great investment choices

After moneybox introduced US stocks and shares to the portfolio I made a investment in a range of shares on offer and within a few weeks I have made over £500 profit.( It did help that the US stock market had taken a dive prior to my investment) It was easy to do and I was made aware of the risks involved. I'm a financial moron, and i can use it

The equation is simple, i earn the money, i have the money, i spend the money, but am supposed to save some money. Where the equation, breaks down is the 'me' part. By allowing me to set a weekly amount that debits from my account each week, it removes the ability for me to say ' oh, i'll start saving next month'. The app is clear and concise so even i can understand the investing process, as well as being able to track my money in real time. The moron has joined has joined money mensa. Clear and worthwhile

Brilliant service

I opened my stocks and shares ISA with Moneybox around 2 years or so ago and have been overwhelmingly satisfied with the experience. The allocations are quick and easy to customise and I appreciate the Time Machine widget to see how my investment will accumulate over time.
